Went to David's in Lake Grove while on vacation visiting family in NY. Aimee was amazing and chose the dress I bought based on what I liked on previous dresses tried on. Aimee also sent a handwritten thank you note including details specifically about my wedding. My experience was a pleasant surprise as I was hesitant about going to David's after a past experience near my home in VA. I wish I could come back and see Aimee to buy the rest of the accessories I need. Great job Aimee E!!!!!

Went in a few weeks ago for my first bridal gown shopping experience with my mother and it was awful. They had nothing for me to try on, the girl kept saying "I'm sorry we don't have that in your size" and after hearing this about 10 times, she finally said "we don't have much in a 16 for you to try, I'm sorry." Definetly need to step up there bridesmaid dress department not a lot of options really and everything kind of looks the same just slightly different versions and also very unorganized

I'd give the place no stars if I could. Customer Service in the Lake Grove store was very unpleasant. They told me the Bridal gown side was off limits because I didn't have an appointment and the sign for clearance was very misleading. Management was not obliging and they were very rude.

Terrible experience we had at Davids in lake grove. I had an appointment for my bridal party to try on dresses, they didn't have enough help. The lady helping us was back and forth between us and another party and we were there first, but it wasn't the ladies fault( she was very nice). On top of it David bridal does not do a deposit on any of the dresses.

Stylist keep telling me all the dresses i tried on looked good on me even though i told her i didnt like the dress..
I went with the bridal party, tried on a dress as mother of the groom and liked it. It fit well, but had a tear, so I ordered a new one. You have to pay up front before they order it and it took 6+ weeks to come in. When it did, I went to the store and it was the wrong size, too small, so they re-ordered it. I called last weekend about the dress and was told it would be there the day before the wedding. So I asked what if I needed alterations and was basically told I was out of luck. Appointment for noon to pick up my daughters junior prom dress. Just to find out the dress hasn't even been altered yet. They have had the dress for 6 weeks, what the heck. Never again buying or having anything altered by them.
