I would not recommend this location of David's bridal. The staff here are incompetent and lack customer service skills. Corporate should spend time training their staff. Another thing I noticed is that several girls were standing around doing nothing. One of those girls could have been helping my bridal party instead we shared a stylist/ consultant with another bride. I was the bride and I was running to get my maids dresses in their size. The staff was not friendly nor helpful throughout the process. Once u go to pick up gown they tell u about this great deal to clean u dress n get it packaged air tight by an outside vendor they recommend. What they don't tell u is they package it as is with all the stains, grass, n even bugs (if u do outdoors). A big name n extremely disappointing.

I had the worst experience purchasing my wedding dress at Davids Bridal in massapequa. I found a dress fell in love and ordered it. The dress that i tried on was a few sizes too small so we ordered the size the associate reccomended when it came in i loved it but felt like i would be more comfortable if i had like half an inch more space around my rib cage. The alterations manager said that the dress could not be taken out at all bc of appliques. It was fune bc i still had 4 months til my wedding so we ordered the next size ... read more
