I purchased my dress at a different location and had it shipped to Langley where I had alterations done. The whole process was only started a couple of months before my actual wedding date as I'm pregnant and wanted to wait until I was showing to get the best idea of how the dress would fit a growing bump. Contrary to some of the reviews I had an absolutely AMAZING experience! Zelna bent over backwards for myself, my sister, and my mom who were all looking for dresses. She was helping out another party at the same time but that wasn't an issue whatsoever. She was kind, she chose the perfect dresses for me, and she was extremely patient!!! Wow! Exceptional service! Zelna & Lynae went above and beyond. My sister, mother, grandmother and myself were all treated like VIP's. We were looking for 2 weddings and 4 dresses. A big thank you to Tanya Blakely who did an amazing job finding my mom the perfect mother of the bride dress. She was very honest and helpful in finding that special dress. She was very accommodating and didn't rush the process made it a pleasant experience. Highly would recommend this person in particular at David's Bridal.
