Just spoke with Shanaz on the phone who happened to be a manager, wow! what an amazing soul! I am a bridesmaid and the bride and bridal party are all in Ottawa. I came to try the dress she selected on so I know my size but I had questions about what size to order as I am trying to get pregnant. She was kind and helpful and I trust her completely with our choices. She even offered to ship free of charge to my door (as I live 3 hrs away). She made it simple and easy and she was delightful! What a lovely person you are Shanaz!
I originally went in to buy my wedding dress (which wasn't the greatest service experience) after the district manager called me to resolve our issues she offered me a discount to come back for some other dresses I may need. I went back to give it a second try and it was definitely better than the first. Still a few little minor problems with being quoted different prices but the store manager and district manager were so great with helping and making it right!
