Overall a good experience. The manager was fantastic, as well as Sandra, the stylist. When I first walked in however I walked back out after the service I received from the front desk. This was my very first bridal shop ever, and had no idea what to do or what to expect. I was made to feel unwelcome, and was left to stand there not knowing what to do next. She was rude to my bridesmaid as well. Like I said the manager and stylist turned it around, but even though I loved a dress, I won't go back.

Very happy with the level of service and selection....Pamela was phenomenal....truly an aha moment when I said yes to the dress!

I had a really good experience, my stylist was amazing and helpful and I found my dress withinn 7 try on's!!

I was very happy with my initial purchase of my wedding dress back in March. I had to have it altered due to a surgery and took it to a local seamstress who completely made a mess of my dress and basically tack stitched it back together. I called David's to see if they could fix it for me, I was told on the phone they have a policy of not touching a dress after another seamstress makes alterations but would be willing to look at it. So I thought I'd post about David's bridal in Langley as they've been getting a lot of negative reviews. I went in yesterday with my bridesmaid (no Appointment) to try on accessories with my dress. The welcome desk lady was pleasant and showed me to the accessories. She told me someone would be right over to help me. In came Sammy (SUCH a gem, seriously can't say enough good things) he was attentive, helpful, honest (man's point of view!!), and went so incredibly out of his way to help me. I understand this particular David's Bridal get's a lot of negative reviews, which was why I felt it was important to share my good experience with you. I dealt with Brittany S, and from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I told her what bridesmaid dress I required, she found it, got me sized and got it ordered. I brought my daughter "Mercedes" in to try on several prom dresses. I was very very pleased with Sammy (gentleman stylist) who catered and helped my daughter go through all the dresses she tried on. He then brought in another dress when my heart was set on a black and white flowing dress, and his attention to detail made us decide on his choice.
