Overall my experience was good. However, there were some instances that I was disappointed with. My file was constantly missing so I had to spend extra time on ordering and saving sizes. When my mother went to pick up her dress there was a manufacturer mistake but they assured us it wasn't a mistake. Other than those details they were very helpful and always did their best.

My consultant was lovely and I had a very positive experience with her. She was helpful and nice, and did not make us feel rushed at all. The reason I'm not giving the store a five star rating is because the attendant that greeted us when we walked in was extremely negetaive and said we would have a hard time finding a bridesmaid dress in time for the event. I came in just to start looking for a mother in law dress and Ashley was absolutely amazing. Ashley had great Energy and is informative but not pushy I purchased three dresses and too them home to try on and kept two - I highly recommend Ashley and will being my friends coming to the wedding to check out the dresses Ashley recommend ❤️👍
1 star JUST FOR THE DRESS. While the buying process was the usual hustle in these big chains I was quite excited to find something so pretty! When my dress came in I had already arranged for alteration appointments with this store and seamstresses as I thought they are familiar with the dresses they sell!
