Had an amazing experience with the alterations department with Maria! She was wonderful and patient and very helpful in the process !! Would highly recommend
She did an amazing job with helping me !! So helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about wedding dresses!!!!
Once again Jasmine in alterations did an amazing job with the measurements she was very polite and very patient. Of course she couldn’t have gotten the job done without Haji from alternations! Haji was the one taking care of adjustments and did a wonderful job! I appreciate both of their hard work!

A bride should be able to change her mind or at the very least she should be notified prior to purchase. I had been out dress shopping all day and was tired and the day was winding down. Taking several pictures of dresses that I tried on and after purchasing the dress I got home and went through the pictures. I found that I actually liked another dress better. I would never purchase a dress from here again or recommend to any bride. A bride should be able to change her mind or at the very least it should be vocalized pruor

Very attentive staff with superb customer service skills. I'm the biggest critic of places that fail in the customer service arena but I have yet to have an awkward or bad experience with any member of the team. And I absolutely adore my bridal consultant Kenecia. She has been like the sister I never had through my entire bridezilla phase.
