I got my prom dress at David’s Bridal. It was awesome to find my dress at my first appointment. I absolutely love my dress. My dress was altered great. They forgot to fix a string that was inside the bust, and there was a note to fix it, so I had to wait about 20 minutes the day of picking up my alterations, but she got the string out and it turned out great. I would recommend David’s Bridal to my friends in the future.

We had an appointment to do alterations at 4pm. When we arrived, no one knew why we were there and we waited quite a while for our "appointment" to start and finish. Something that I believe should have taken 1/2 hour tops, took an hour and 1/2. I understand that it must have been a busy time but I believe appointments should take priority

This is a place that if you were not buying a dress for over 600 dollars they will make you feel like crap!! they will ridicule, ignore ,walk by you, help other woman make it known that your not important !! you will feel like crying . you will see how they favor brides who look like models. They lack bridal praise big time ..if any one got treated like i did you will understand how it feels ... Monica helped me and my mom find the perfect dress for prom at the location off Sahara! She offered her opinion and gave me shoes to try on, to help me envision how nice the dress could look. It made me feel like a princess, and I would definitely recommend the experience. I was assisted quickly, and they put my dress on hold so that I could return the next day to purchase it.
