I want to thank all the ladies that helped us get the red dress for my daughters prom! Ashley helped tremendously on Friday March 10 but we decided to wait to see if there was anywhere else that might have a dress. We came back on Saturday to get my daughter's favorite one but another girl had it to try on! We waited and hoped that she didn't pick it and there were 3 ladies trying to get the dress for us. My dress was purchased at the Los Angeles store and was taken to the Las Vegas store where it was altered. I can't say enough about the seamstress and the girl helping with accessories and a maid of honor dress ! We had so much fun together, she was professional and had a great sense of style , very positive experience from both stores

Amazing! The woman that helped me in alterations was so kind! I arrived early and she was still with a customer pinning her dress but it allowed extra time for me to change and put on my undergarments. I was taking photos of the dress and shoes I will be wearing and this overlap of time allowed me to not feel rushed with all the pictures I was taking. Your store was very busy today, Jan 28, but I'm sure it always is! Your stylist, Tracey, did an amazing job. She was juggling three different parties and was attentive to all three of them. Making sure that everyone got what they needed and had a good experience. The cashiers were also great, very friendly and answered any questions about shipments, etc. The hostesses were also welcoming in a hectic environment. Making sure everyone was greeted upon arrival. Professional store environment that I would gladly return to.

The stylist was very attentive to my style. She was helpful and patient. The store was super crowded but it was a great experience and I found the perfect dress.

My bridal consultant was very polite and helpful......would like to have seen more gowns with long sleeves though added to the inventory 😏
