I did not have a great experience with the management at this location but the consultant that helped me find my dress and the alterations department were fantastic! Virginia in alterations was amazing! I did a lot of alterations on the dress and even had to move some lace and it turned out great.
Virginia was very helpful, patient, sweet, and kind. Very efficient and fast working for touch up alterations
