I’d only recommend the shop itself, the girls assisting with dresses were phenomenal. My bad experience comes from the alterations team. I came in two months ago to get my MOH dress fitted and unfortunately I had such a horrific experience with both the ladies assisting, it has scarred me from ever wanting to step foot in a store again. Their alterations department at this locations is a hot mess, if you buy a dress here get it altered elsewhere. Embarrassingly disorganized, do NOT trust the seamstress’s there, they will ruin your dress.

I had to buy a new dress from another shop THREE DAYS before my wedding because David’s Bridal did such a terrible job altering the dress I paid thousands of $ for. Stay away from this place! I’ve had several seamstresses look at the dress & verify how poorly the alterations were done & have several pictures that prove it. They know what they are doing, they don’t rush you in to anything you don’t want. They don’t rush you in and out. You take as long as you need.

we didnt have the best experience. I told the woman helping us that I didn't want the same style for all 5 dresses I was able to try on. thats all she brought. even after my bridesmaids said something as well. I wanted to try a size down in the dress I loved and she basically said "no, this is the size you need to order". Did you know that the return policy is different online and in-store? You can’t return in store but if you purchase online you can. If I would’ve know. I would’ve purchased online instead. I didn’t think they had a good selection. Everything is oversized. Clips can be used but difficult to really visual.

Karley at the Lewisville store was very rude and dismissive once I said I didn't want a white dress. I tried on almost a dozen dresses, including 2 traditional wedding dresses to appease my MOH and SIL. Karley referred to the traditional wedding dresses as "real wedding dresses", she made me feel like I wasn't a real bride by her standards. She ruined my day and my experience. I will not recommend D.B. to anyone. And the front end clerks who checked me in gave me a dirty look when I said I lived with my fiancé.
