My bridesmaid and I walked in yesterday without an appointment, we picked out a dress online and just wanted her to try it on in store so we knew what size to order with the other girls. The greeter told us she didn't have a consultant for us, kind of snobby-like, and I told her I understood but we didn't need one since we knew what dress we needed. I was not impressed with this place. My daughter was looking for a wedding dress, and the salesperson was just not interested in making a sale. Fortunately, she found the perfect dress the next day at another place that had outstanding customer service!

Lead time on a bridesmaid dress was 4 months instead of 6-8 weeks like they said. I had to change all my bridesmaid dress choices to different styles because of this. They did not offer to do anything to help in this situation. Very disappointed.

Very poor customer service. My consultant didn't listen to anything I said I liked or disliked. She would "disappear" for 10 or 15 minutes at a time. She was very rude and hasty. My mother had to help me into and out of dresses due to the consultant being MIA. Will not be returning to this store or recommending to anyone.
