It was my first time getting to try on dresses, and I appreciated that the person assisting me stuck to my budget and didn't pressure me to buy right away. I did feel a bit rushed, however, because he was also assisting another client who dominated much of his time. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend it!

Everyone was nice and helpful, but even with an appointment it took over 15 minutes to get started even picking bridesmaid dresses. Our consultant was nice, but would disappear often, whether to help someone else or just be gone for some other unknown reason. Each consultant has too many appointments, which doesn't leave them enough time with each customer. Overall, my friend found her dress, and I would recommend David's Bridal for their wide selection of bridesmaids dresses, but the customer service is mediocre at best.

I went for a dress fitting and alterations that were needed were taken care of in a matter of 15 minutes I was in and out and 30 minutes tops.

Our assistant Emily was awesome. She was attentive but not in the way. She appeared out of nowhere with supersonic hearing when one of the girls said I need help. She looked at them and determined sizes. She was truly a gem and a pleasure to work with.
