Yesterday I walked in trying to see if I would be able to try on wedding dresses and was greeted by Keytora the store manager, she was very welcoming and she paired me up with Destiny. Even though I didn’t have an appointment they still let me try on dresses. Because of the pandemic I had to move my wedding to December of this year. Our appointment went amazingly today at this location! Specifically, Shelly, went above and beyond for myself, my mom and my sisters with getting dresses that would come in time for a March wedding. We all range in sizes and she went out of her way to support us with choices, honesty, and amazing service! I would 100% return to this location thanks to the lovely experience.

The long island city store is one of the cleanest davids ive been to. They greet you at the front door and even if they are busy they still manage to make you feel important and the selection of fits they bring really show that they pay attention to what you need. i forgot the names of everyone that was nice to us but bonnie and keytora thank you very much for your service and for having patience. here is your 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of doing a dress exchange with Sarah. I was having such a bad day and was already highly annoyed. Sarah was highly professional and wasn't phased by my bad attitude. David's Bridal at Long Island City is a great store with great dresses. However, the best part about this store is that they have amazing employees. I had the pleasure of working with Diamond. She is very attentive to her customers. I told her about my budget and the type of dress that I was looking for and she was able to find a suitable dress for me. I am so grateful to Diamond. She deserves a raise in pay for being so polite, helpful and efficient in doing her job.

When I visited David's Bridal on October 6, 2018 with my parents and my sister/maid of honor, Claudia and Fatima took care of us and helped make our experience a very positive one. I found my wedding dress there that same day. Kathy and Frieda did a beautiful job with preparing the dress for alterations. Kathy completed the work on time and as promised and the fit of my dress became just how I hoped it would be.
