Awful staff
I had a great experience trying on bridesmaid dresses with Jene at this location. She was very helpful with finding the dresses, and assisting me with trying them on. She wrote down all of the styles and sizes that I tried on, and was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this store and their customer service!
My appointment time was not devoted for me. I was rudely interrupted by another lady to share my time with. Being called to the front at numerous time during my appointment it's rude,but having another lady trying bridesmaids dresses during my appointment is very disrespectful to me and my time was not consider...therefore you fail at customer service. What is the purpose to have an appointment. If you can't dedicate your time to a bride forget it. Thanks to Guenneva my 2pm on time appointment was not a good experience...
