Manager has zero customer service. make sure your wedding is within the 30 day window or they will keep your money when they make a mistake.

I went to look for a daytime event dress. I am a senior citizen, and the young woman at the entry desk was at most moderately pleasant at first. The stylist to whom was introduced was nowhere to be seen when the first dress didn't fit. Thus, I put on my coat to go out in the store with nothing but my underwear underneath. Luckily, another store employee walked by, and I asked her to bring me a different size, and she did. David’s bridal in Lynwood is an absolute JOKE. Me and my bridesmaids showed up and had a consultant appointment, we maybe saw her once. We had no help finding dresses or sizes and just had to dig. They all ordered their dresses, original they were told they couldn’t have them shipped. After getting in the car and being upset they would all separately have to come back(we live 3 hours away) they went back in and had a different person who said they could ship no problem. They were all so nice and helpful and there were a lot of beautiful clothes for weddings etc

horrible experience! First I went in to try on wedding dresses. Found ones I liked and made a appointment to come back in. Came back in and the girl didn't write down my favorites or size ect. We had pictures on my phone thank God. Find some dresses again to try on and find the one. Ordered the dress and came back to try it on for the bussel. It's the wrong color dress. was so disappointed! The manager basically called me a liar for saying I ordered that color dress. Thank God we had pictures to show her the dress was white ... read more

So unorganized. I will say that the lady who assisted me in finding my dress was so sweet and fun to work with but that's about where my patience ended with David's. After finding my dress and setting up layaway for it, including making a deposit. I returned a week or two later to make a payment and they could not find me in their system. They had none of my information correct, my phone number was wrong, email wrong, I'm fairly certain they even had my name spelled wrong.
