This place is dysfunctional and so very unprofessional and unorginized . they made us stand around for 30 minutes and was helping people just walking in , it was so rude they kept telling us Kaylee was gonna help us next and then they would send others to her first . then I got mad and they finally helped us . I have 4 daughters we will be going elsewhere for our dresses .

I think it’s suiting that I got an e-mail saying they’re sorry we missed our appointment. We checked in at our reserved time, and we were pretty much left to fend for ourselves. I Had to ask for a room to put all the dresses we had in our arms in. We were never checked in on to see if we needed any different sizes, or how everything was going. I DO NOT recommend Davids Bridal in Lynnwood. I have probably been there 10 times and they continue to disappoint but this last trip was the last straw and the worst. When we were at the store looking for Bridesmaid dresses the Bridal consultant that was assigned to help us did not. She didn't recommend any dresses when we told her what we were looking for. She didn't even know if the dress I was wearing fit me or how the dress was supposed to fit. She didn't know the answer to any question I asked her and instead of fi... read more

I would have given a five star review, but I'm so disappointed with how they are handling an issue with my bridesmaid. If you have absolutely no issues with their products they are great, but as soon as you have an issue, and God forbid you buy something online, they are unwilling to do anything to help. I will no longer recommend them for anything especially after finding out the way they treated my bridesmaid!

This happened yesterday and I don't even know the manager's name. My future mother in law bought a dress online. We originally came in to see if it could get altered. Earlier, my future in law tried the dress on to show me and my soon to be cousin. The dress has defects. The material has a pattern that would be hard to fix. I thought I would be picking up my dress today... but the heathen who was originally helping me had a funky ass attitude and the dress was the wrong size. Smfh. Originally ordered a 14... they ordered a 12 (which made me cry when I tried it on cuz I was so pissed) then they measured me and said with my measurements I need a size 16... which didn't sound right to me but I was like okay... measurements can't be wrong right? Went in for a fitting for a brides made dress. 1. Appointment was made ahead of time. They were unprepared. They could not find me or my friend in the system. 2. Despite how much contact my friend had with them within the previous 24-48 hours, I would think they could easily find her on file. Got to the point we had to call her. Then they still had some trouble? 3. Was told to wait in the back near the fitting rooms. So I took a seat. After 10 mins of waiting, I had to ask them to assist me. Crappy service. More like no service. Just a bunch of catty "sales" women standing around chatting.... walked around won my mother and a girlfriend, holding a couple dresses to try on... Zero help. Have friends who also had bad experience/same experience here. Rather spend my money somewhere small and local anyway.
