The only reason I am giving David's Bridal any stars is because I can't give them zero. I am completely shocked at the lack of customer we have received. The store manager his been rude since the day we stopped giving their store money, She has made promise after promise to fix what has gone wrong and we are still waiting for these promises to be fulfilled. I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I have been a bridesmaid several times and had to get dresses through them. They have always been a pain in the ass to work with, with shitty customer service. Now it's my turn to be the bride and I have had enough. My bridesmaids got their dresses here. After getting her dress, my maid of honor tried calling to schedule an alteration appointment. Hands down the worst service anywhere (ties with Burlington maybe). I will NEVER shop here again,they are ruining my friends wedding!! lies and unprofessionalism... rude condescending sales people. We are paying customers being treated like garbage.
Got lied to was told when bought my dress I could get my money back expect the $41 they keep when I went in for alterations it cost almost as much as dress. Had I known any of this I would not have bought from them. I will never be shopping or recommending them to anyone. Compleat liers if you can't hire people that know there stuff then u shouldn't hire them.... it's ridiculous to pay that much and be lied to about alterations costs.
People working here were exceptionally rude ("honey, you might want to do some Pilates now to get ready for your dress") and kept handing my bridesmaids dresses that didn't come in the color we were asking for. Not just once, three times, like, "oh, I'm sorry this dress I had you try on that you've now fallen in love with doesn't come in the one color you told me you were looking for... Here, try on another dress that doesn't come in that color." Don't shop here.
I'm giving a 2 based solely on customer service. I made an appointment over the phone weeks ago to accommodate all of my bridesmaids. My appointment is today at 3pm. To my surprise, I get a call confirming my appointment for tomorrow at 1pm. The person I spoke to started out pleasant enough but when I said that this appointment is happening today she kind of dropped her bubbly act and told me "if you still want to come in today I guess we can fit you in".
