David’s Bridal is the worst. Long post!! On 9/11 we set an appointment for David’s Bridal only because everywhere else was closed (Sunday). So against my better judgment I book an appointment at my local David’s Bridal (even though I had already had 2 prior bad experiences there) well, we show up 15 minutes early to look around. They ordered the wrong dress. Was NOT notified when the new dress arrived, even tho I asked the young lady to. Called (today may 28th) to ask when my dress would be here “oh, it actually got here the 26th.” Would’ve been nice to be made aware, considering my wedding is June 14th. The young lady who swapped the wrong dress told me “I’m gonna even swap the dress and put in your alterations.” So I assumed that meant she’d hold a spot for my alterations since it would be so last minute arriving. *BE CAUTIOUS ABSOLUTE DISASTER. * Aimy did a good job. However I felt pressured to get alterations done with them when checking out. We ordered the dress in November, well I finally got a dress Thursday Feb. 18th. I called them and spoke with a supervisor and she claimed she would call the warehouse manager and she said she was extremely sorry. Yes, the wrong dress was ordered.
