I told her the type of dress I was looking for and she just motioned to a part of the store and said just try looking through those. No help at all. I have shopped at David’s Bridal for years and been pleased. But my experience lately has been HORRIBLE during the COVID crisis. I had an unaltered, untouched bridesmaid’s dress for a wedding in April. As soon as the bride called the wedding off in March I called the Macon, GA store and was assured when they opened back up I could bring it back for a full refund. Love the dress I got from David’s bridal! But trying to get anyone on the phone for alterations is a joke! Y’all need to hire more associates. I’ve tried calling three times just to schedule alterations. I wish I had went some where else now.

I bought my dress some months back. I loved the corset back dress. when I tried it on the lady helping me told me she wasn't going to lace it all the way up because it would take too long. Just the way I tried on the dress it had a perfect fit. No alterations. I did not have a seamstress come look at me in the dress to make 100% sure.
