I had a great experience buying my wedding dress but after that David’s bridal in Macon went in the toilet! I was called at 6pm on a Friday night saying I needed to pick my dress up ASAP or if unable they could ship it for a fee. I told her I lived 1 1/2 hours away and was going to be out of town but would be that way Thursday if they could hold it until then. So I traveled from Virginia to Georgia because I wanted my Mom to be with me when I was looking for my wedding dress because this is a very special moment. I called and set up an appointment from 6:30 to 8:30 giving me two hours for Davids Bridal in Macon Georgia. We arrived early and excited for this experience. Our experience picking out bridesmaid dresses was less than stellar. They seemed to be over booked, there was no room for the girls to twirl and get a feel for their dresses, and our attendant was happy to let us figure out things on our own. THEN it wasn't until AFTER everyone had picked our their dresses that the attendant lets the bride know that some of them didn't come in the color she picked. Had a bad experience they was way overbooked and they kept bringing dresses way to big for me.... Found a dress I loved but it was a size 14 and didn't bother to tell me I could not alter to the size I needed, till my mother in law asked.

Was awful!!! My friend was looking for a dress and they kept giving her sizes that was way to big for her and then she fell in love with a dress and it was to much to be altered. They were over booked and WAY OVER PRICED!!!

My family has been planning a 50th wedding for my grandparents. Last year everyone went to David's Bridal to get fitted. As we all return to get resized, they tell us that the only thing they have in their system is from last year and they only had one person. With the wedding less than a month away, they have turned a joyous occasion into a nightmare. Not to mention the customer service at this location was less than favorable.
