The lady was RUDE!!! My dress was dirty and looked used when i got it out of layaway. I was told my dress would be here by 12 today & it’s almost 4 i still have NO DRESS🤬 we are leaving for the wedding THURSDAY🤦🏽‍♀️

Disappointed that David’s Bridal won’t extend their return policy during this time of uncertainty. I purchased a dress at the store on March 15, I received a call on March 23 that the dress was available for pickup or they would ship to my home. I chose shipping. I text the customer service rep (which seems to be to only option) to inquire about returning the dress, I offered to ship it back because the store was closed at this point but was told it had to be returned to the store. I have went to two different bridal stores. i found one i really liked at it and wanted to give David's Bridal a look. I ended up trying on about 5 or 6. they just put me in a room and then FMIL had to say I think she needs help for me to get help putting on the dresses. then I kept telling them I wanted a ballgown,long train and long veil. When they put a veil on it was short, I want to see the full effect of everything I want not half way. needless to say my experience here was let down.

The ladies up front where very rude when I had an issue come up with my mother not being able to make it in time for the appointment. I wanted to swap my appointments around so she could be there to watch me out on my dresses. They refused until my sister basically gave them no other choice. The place was very unorganized and very crowded. There was not a good dressing room area. I went to David’s Bridal with the expectation that the people were going to be attentive and that I would have my own consultant to help me. This was not the case. Not only was their selection for a plus size woman small (this will always be a negative that I will voice—we deserve as many choices as regular sized women) but the consultant was working with two brides, myself and another bride. She was nice, but we were constantly waiting for her to stop helping the other bride to come and help us. She asked my mom and matron ... read more

The website says walk ins welcome but that’s not true. They asked if she had an appointment. When she said no they were jerks. The level of rudeness at The Madison Store is unbelievable! I hope we never have to darken those doors again. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. I’m still amazed and angry.

I had an appointment on Saturday, March 17. I brought two girls in to try on dresses. Our consultant Susan was awful. She completely ignored one of my bridesmaids and as a result she only tried on a handful of dresses. Towards the end, Susan hovered and kept trying to get me to make a decision, which I’m sorry honey, but that doesn’t work for me. I was in on a Saturday, which I understand is the busiest day, and I expected my associate to be placed with 2 brides. She began working with me first, and after pulling 4 dresses, we decided to go ahead to the dressing room to get started. While I was getting into my FIRST dress, I heard the manager calling for my associate outside of my dressing room door. My associate then left to go meet her other bride.
