I went yesterday with my four bridesmaid for them to find a dress. I made this appointment 2 months ago and they didn't even have my paperwork ready. I had to wait 20 minutes to get waited on and when we finally got back there, there was no where to sit and our consultant didn't really know what she was doing. She told us the dress came in all the colors when it only came in two. Also they over booked that day so they didn't have enough employees very disappointed

I went for a fitting yesterday and my experience could've been better. My stylist kept bringing me dresses that I wasn't pleased with but she was dedicated to find a dress that affordable yet i didnt try on the proper attire for my fitting. Madison location is too small for amount of appointments they take. Also, I wasn't informed about different options I can take when paying for the dress.

I gave this 5 stars so people would actually read it. I made an appointment at 12:30 today this past Wednesday. When I got there we were 20 minutes early, so my mom and I decided to browse the prom dress section. 30 minutes go by and our dress fitter skips over us and helps another girl who is there for a prom fitting also. The receptionist tell the lady that she has the wrong people and that she was supposed to be helping my mom and I and she just says oops and goes about her business with the other girl who is just a walk ... read more

Saturday we went to pick up my daughter's wedding dress which came in much quicker than expected. To our disappointment they ordered the wrong dress. normally this would be a one star review. Because they quickly handled the situation and reordered the dress without complaint. The wedding isn't until November so we have time. This is why we started the dress shopping process early. Now if it happens again we will not be so happy because the new order will not be her until June and reordering would be difficult.

I had an appointment at 11:00. They were late getting us started and then we had to wait on dressing rooms because someone else was in "our" dressing room. It was very crowded and I feel like it was very rushed also. We were picking out bridesmaid dresses and I wanted my mom to try on dresses also. We were told we were in a rush they were busy and she may not have time to try them on. I had the worst experience at Davids Bridal in Madison, MS. I was in the shop today trying to get my bridesmaids fitted for my wedding. The manager was the one that was helping us. The building was packed and it was chaos in there. The manager was rushing all my girls and ended up kicking two of my girls out of dressing rooms for other people. I came here to get sized for a bridesmaids dress that my friend was getting from out of town. Since I couldn't go out of town to get fitted I was going to get my sizes and send it to them. Apparently if I wasn't going to buy a dress at David's Bridal I could not get sized. The place seemed beautiful but I would suggest letting people get sized like other bridal shops do.
