My best friend was getting us fitted and trying to find her bridesmaid dresses... we had Staci who rushed us and gave us dresses that we couldn't fit even when we advised her we were trying to find our sizes It was busy I understand but chasity had an appointment and I felt like she should not have been rushed
I had an appointment at 2... the women continuously helped others without appointments before they got to me. After they got to me, the employee kept disappearing and I would have to hunt all over the store to find her. They also did not have the brides dress picks correct so I'm going to have to go BACK and bring the bride with me. Would not recommend this place until they hired a few more employees and got more organized/time effective

Today the ladies at the front desk had an attitude worst customer service was looking for my bridesmaids dresses but my consultant stacy was excellent and love her attitude. Work on customer service please.

Super super super horrible customer service. I literally just left and it took me an hour and a half to PICK UP two bridesmaid dresses for weddings I am in. Obviously those dresses are expensive and you would think they would appreciate your business. I understand you need to make an appointment for alterations but when you simply don't know that you need alterations until you pick up your dress..??? Come on now. That's not even the issue though. I scheduled an appointment for my bridesmaids and one for myself immediately afterwards. We got there, my paperwork wasn't ready, so they had to redo it. The stylist for my girls could have cared less about them. We picked out the dresses with no help from anyone. When it came time for my appointment, we (my girls and I) started selecting dresses by ourselves. Then when a stylist was finally assigned to me, she was FANTASTIC! This store is awful. Their consultants are so rude. One insulted me because I was 15 minutes early to my appointment. I've been here twice and spent a lot of money, and both of my experiences were TERRIBLE. I would highly recommend going somewhere else or ordering from an online company.
I went to Davids Bridal to purchase my wedding gown. Every time i went, I got pretty crappy customer service (forget the fact that I spent $2000 on my wedding dress here). The only great experience I had is with my alterations lady, Mrs. Trekina! (Will be back for 2nd final fitting next week) She is not only super personable and very friendly, she makes you feel so good and definitely handles the job.
