The lady we worked with was awesome! I scheduled the appointment online which I was skeptical about but it was very quick and easy! I'm glad I had an appointment because that place was busy!!! We found exactly what we wanted and at a great price! The lady that checked us out at the end was so fun to work with! I love David's Bridal and recommend it to all my family and friends!Ā

I went shopping with my bridesmaids for their dresses on two separate occasions. The first was a Saturday from 11-12. The store was complete chaos and our assigned consultant Vickie wasn't much help. We got kicked out of our fitting rooms before our appointment even ended to make room for a bride coming in. Thankfully we were done with trying on dresses but what if we hadn't been? We worked with Jayne at the Maple Grove location to find my daughter a dress for Prom, and couldn't have been more pleased! She had great taste, knew what would look good on her, and made it such a great experience. I'd recommend Jayne ANY day!Ā

I walked in on a Wednesday afternoon just to look for a special occasion style gown for an event. I didn't think I would find much to fit that description, but I was surprised at the selection of dresses they had! They let me take my time browsing and then when it came down to trying on I had Tracy help me. She was great! Helpful but not pushy, and I found a great dress off the clearance rack for a great price. Everyone helping me through my time there was fantastic, I will definitely come again!Ā

I'm not sure why your store makes customers schedule appointments. Upon arrival we were informed that the consultants where over booked and our lady would be helping 2 others along with us. So we picked our own dresses, we put the dresses on my daughter, we hung the dresses back up ourselves. The employee did come ask us once if we were finding anything. So, in the future if you are going to make us schedule appointments then make sure you don't overbook. We ended up good night elsewhere for a dress.Ā

If you go to this location, request Joycelyn to be your consultant. Even though I did not find THE dress, she was phenomenal at listening to my critiques and narrowing it down to the styles I liked. She was attentive and hardworking throughout the whole appointment.Ā
