davids bridal is the worst. my bridesmaid dresses are 2 weeks late and I cant get a human person on the phone to help tracking my order. this was so far the worst wedding decision I've made

Horrible location. Don't even know where to start from Horrible communication with the manager of the store, to losing multiple dresses, shipping them to wrong addresses. What a joke. Will never shop here again. This was throughout 6 months. 4 of my bridesmaids that used this location all had problems. Would not recommend.

I called and was on hold for like 30 minutes and the lady finally answered. I asked if I could check the status of my dress and she continues to tell me it’s been picked up. I ensured her not and then she slowly went “do…. You…. Have … the …. Dress?” Like I’m stupid. I’ve also been called twice saying my dress was ready and both times I went it was the same as when I tried it on in the store the first time. They finally located my dress and told me it’s been there for “weeks,” yet no one called me.

My daughter is a Senior this year. Going to your Senior prom is exciting and suppose to be one of the celebrations of graduating High School. We went to David's Bridal in Maple Grove February 25, 2022. we booked our appointment which we assumed we'd be met with a sales person or at least someone to help guide us. We weren't. Scheduled an appt for flower girl dress shopping with my flowers girls for my wedding and their moms. The lady who checked us in at the front pretty much just brought us over to the dresses and said “here they are,” and took off. We had to figure out the sizes and colors on our own. She didn’t even bother to come back to check on us to see how we were doing, we had to track her down to get our questions answered. She also had attitude with us from the start.
