Very professional and helpful when I needed it
On time and patience caring
We came from Brooklyn to Massapequa in hopes to find a wedding dress. We not only found a dress, but also excellent service with expertise, humor and smiles. Iryna and Angela in alterations were stellar. The service from the first purchase to alterations was worth the travel. Thanks for loving what you do and helping others to have their perfect day.
The selection was great, the price was right in line with my budget, and the staff was great. Our bridal consultant Camille was awesome. She helped me go from having no idea what I wanted to finding the perfect dress in no time flat. Camille was professional and personable, and has a great sense of style.
My consultant was sweet and helped me really figure out what shape works best with my body type. She helped me gain clarity on what I should be looking for on my search.
I think I might've found my dress!. Vanessa is very nice and helpful
Heather was fantastic. We paid at the register with a different consultant who wasn't as friendly. I have been to this location three times in the last month and my bridesmaids have been there a few times separately as well. Unfortunately it seems like the customer service experience has been inconsistent.
Gabby was very helpful'! I had been to another Davids Bridal but wanted to check his one out. I was very happy with the attention I received
The sales person greeted us and found the flower girl dress easily. My daughter loved trying on the dress and all the mirrors
