Where does one even begin? I ordered my bridesmaid dress back in early July. I called the other day to check up on my order. Turns out they never ordered it and instead put carry with. I never even took a dress home. Then I speak to some manager and she promises my dress will be here by my said date. Took her at her word. Check my email today and it says dress won’t be here till February…….so I basically was lied to. Thank the lord I called today to find out what was going on. Turns out it was all a lie. This David’s Bridal’s customer service is trash and almost ruined my day. I originally made and appointment for myself and my bridesmaids. I arrived around 11:45 for my 12:00 appointment. I walk in with my bridesmaids and my daughter who was sleeping in her car seat and I got in line. The woman at the desk was speaking to someone so I patiently waited, and she definitely saw me. I made an appointment to get bridesmaids dresses tried on. Needless to say I hated the experience. As the bride I didn’t feel like I was being taken care of. I asked if they would measure the bridesmaids because they didn’t know their sizes and she refused and said she had to walk off and take care of a bride. I felt like I was being pushed off to do it on my own when I felt like I was a potential paying customer and a guest and I should have at least had help getting my bridesmaids measured and tried on. What a horrible experience. I booked my appointment a month out, they changed it with out discussing it with me. When I called them about the issue, I was told the system does that on it's own but they would squeeze me in. The day of my appointment, I definitely felt like I was squeezed in. The stylist was nice enough but didn't listen to what I wanted and kept showing me the exact opposite. After trying on one dress she had me in tears, and not in a good way. I left feeling horrible and defeated.
