Customer service was terrible. We basically had to find and try our own dresses alone without a consultant. The zipper was a headache. We were told we were the problem, but the other consultant was having just as much problems as we were with the zipper. We were shown the dressing rooms and were own our own to find dresses and sizes. We could have done that at any other store. We drove 1.5 hours for this. I should have read the reviews before coming. Seems like this is a common experience. Disappointed.

I loved my bridal experience when I picked out my wedding gown. But when my bridesmaids and I went this last time, the experience was anything but. Our consultant showed us to their fitting rooms and then vanished. We didn't see her but one other time. We had to ask a totally different consultant to help with a stick zipper. And we did most of the dress picking ourselves. She spent a ton of time however, with another group of bridesmaids laughing and joking and talking with them. I understand they were busy. I went with my daughter Saturday. We had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes for them to get to us. It was very hot in the store. We had already found dresses for her to try on by the time the stylists Diane was ready for us. We ask the stylists if she had any suggestion which she didnt. All she did was hang the dresses back up. They only had two registers open. So we had to wait 10 minutes to check out. Today they called my daughter to come pick her dress up which we took with us when we left the store. I wouldn't r... read more

They stylist assigned to help was nice but not very helpful. First I tell her I am not real sure what style I want but I did know I wanted to try some of the short dresses. She bring only one style out, no short dresses and they are the most expensive gown in the store. After we tell her we want to stay under a certain amount she just doesn't seem very interested in being present to help with the dresses. I went with my future daughter in law, her mother, and one of the bridesmaids. My daughter in law to be had an appointment, but we still had to wait a bit because they were very busy. We were told we could browse the dresses while waiting for her "stylist" if we'd like. The bride to be picked out three choices. Once the stylist came to assist she made no other suggestions. Unfortunately it was very crowded and Busy,My Granddaughter was looking for a Debutante style Dress that we could afford,But we had no luck this time.But overall it was a great visit.

The experience was not great for none of us to include the Bride. ( the Bride was happy and nothing could ruin her day) The only great thing was the Bride was able to select a beatifiul dress. Our sale associate was Renata �and I understand she was busy with other brides, but her customer service skills was lacking. She was not friendly and some of the time it felt like we were bugging her. Overall David's Bridal is a wonderful store with great prices and beautiful dresses for that special day. This place is an absolute joke. I went in for a bridal appointment a few months ago. I was assigned to Renata. She did not help me into any of the dresses that I tried on. In fact, after the 2nd dress, she disappeared. We were standing there looking for her and she was over assisting another bridal party. How rude! The assistant manager ended up helping us and he was very pleasant. I come back to make the final payment on my dress and it hadn't been cleaned or steamed.
