I've spent a lot of time and money here recently for my wedding and have had some of the worst customer service and experience I imagined for my wedding. Most of your staff has an awful attitude and basically refused to help my bridal party, I will not be referring anyone to you guys and hope you will give your staff an attitude check especially when people spend thousands of dollars with you guys. This bridal shop is horrible. They are incredibly rude. My sister is getting married and I had to be measured for my bridesmaid dress. They refused to measure me because I was not purchasing a dress there. When I called to ask if this service could be done, the woman I spoke to on the phone assured me they could measure me but when I came in, the woman I interacted with said flat out no because I was not purchasing my dress there. The customer service was terrible and I would not recommend them at anyone!!!

It was super busy over crowded and not one on one attention at all. My stylist had me and another bride and was not helpful or knowledgeable at all. The dress selection was good, but my stylist wasn't even pulling my correct sizes therefore couldn't get a good fill for the dresses.
You guys scheduled an appointment for my friend TODAY on the 13th and didn't bother calling her to say you were closed. I get that the weather was bad but you could have at least sent some sort of notification to inform her. Your page even says you're open.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t listen to the requests of the bride. When they realized the appointment wasn’t going well they asked for help. We offered suggestions, and dress styles she liked. Apparently the woman didn’t like our suggestions. So she turned us over to another consultant. Who walked away and left us unattended. We left after 20 minutes of no assistance.

Terrible customer service..consultant (Michelle) was not listening to what the bride was looking for in a dress..another friend with us gave suggestions and also pulled dresses and consultant was very obvious in her comments and body language that it irritated her..Michelle then let Jimmie take over and Jimmie promptly ignored the fact that we were still there..she began working the register and tending to other customers. I would NEVER recommend David’s Bridal to anyone.

Don’t try to make an appointment here. You’ll show up and they will have no idea who you are. � Thanks for wasting my time and gas. On the plus side they still saved all of my information so I’ll be getting plenty of emails about sales and dresses I can’t try on. �
I did not want to go to social media about Davids Bridal Wolfchase, but when their customer service even tells you they will get back with you within 24 hours and it's been 4 days and haven't heard a word I think it's deserving! I've had several bad experiences with this location! 1st no one smiles or try's to make you feel special the girl helping me hardly helped the 1st words out of her mouth were "well we don't have that so what else".
