Hi I had made contact through the customer service number over a week ago and have had no response back since leaving this matter still unresolved. I ordered a bridesmaids dress from the Mesquite Tx location on April 3rd and I was assured that it would be the exact fit as the dress I tried on in the store (mind you the dress in store fit PERFECTLY and needed no alterations) just in the color I was needing and that it would be shipped to the store by May 1st at the earliest and may 11th at the latest. Bought my dress here and loved it. Well, they had me use a slip that they don’t even sell (which is half the length of the ones they sell) so I had to order the longer one that I really didn’t even want because I was told that’s all I could wear with my type dress. Well after seeing my seamstress she gave me a recommendation for another undergarment I was much more comfortable wearing. Our awesome sales stylist Gladys was so sweet and awesome!! she for sure picked the dress for my besties wedding gown!! she really had an eye for the whole vision from dress, to hair accessories, to the veil. she even styled me as well. needless to say we walked out of there truly happy!! so thankful for Gladys!!
