Not a big selection for prom and formal wear. Dresses look outdated and used.....They didn't have what online stated was in the stores.

My friend and her mother went to this store this past Friday. The mom wanted to buy a dress for her own upcoming wedding. Granted she is not in her 20's and is not a size 8, but to say she received terrible customer service would be an understatement! The staff acted like they had much better things to do than help her. The daughter had tears in her eyes when she spoke of how her mother was treated. This is just incredibly sad! My own daughter is getting married in December and we WILL NOT be visiting here! I purchased my dress January 21 2017. I was told and it was written on my receipt that my dress would be in March 6th. I was also told I would receive an email and a phone call when it come into the store. On March 15th I had not received an email or phone call so I called the store. The associate I spoke with told me that my dress had come in February 14th. I verified with her that I had not been contacted by email or phone that my dress was at the store. Not a bad store but they are extremly disorganized/understaffed/existing staff is ill educated on simple tasks/stock multiple ripped/damaged dresses. I checked in for my appointment she told me to go look at wedding dresses and one person would be with us. I had to correct her that we were only there for bridesmaids dresses. 10 minutes later someone came by and told us another name of someone who would be helping us. Spent 2 hours trying on dresses, was assisted by a consultant, found the perfect dress, went to pay for dress and was informed by a lady up front that I would need to come back another day (after driving 80 miles) and work with a consultant. Again...dress in hand, ready to pay and I'm told no you have to come back another day. After talking to family and friends about my experience, I was only one of 5 that have had this issue. First visit as a bride, was treated very rudely and was not helped at all. 2nd time as a bridesmaid, walked in for my appointment only to find out that this location does not carry any VW dresses...seriously?!? Maybe say that when I call to make the appointment before I drive up there...or on the website when I click the link ON THAT dress's page to make an appointment...ended up driving 30 minutes to another location which was great..this one-not so much.

I orders a dress months ago . I was told I would get a call or email when it came in.Well it sat there for 2 weeks . Everytime called to see if it came in was told it wasnt. There serve is terrible. .. just because I was a walkin I still want good service. .I will not shop here again. ..
