Great dress selection helpful staff veronica helped and was great found a dress shoes and jewelry
I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location, specifically Jessica. As a plus sized gal, I was nervous to go in and try dresses on, but she and the other employees made me feel so comfortable and at home. They even held and played with my baby for me while I tried dresses on! I will recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Jess and crew for the best customer service!
I first want to start off saying that i am a curvy women. I had gone shopping at a bunch of bridal salons and unfortunately was not able to try anything on because they had nothing bigger then a size 12. I cried after every visit. Resounding kudos, applause and appreciation to the miracle workers in the alterations department in the Middletown, NY store. I picked up my daughter's bridesmaid dress today. The expert job was nothing short of an AMAZING! I first took the dress to a local tailor who said it was impossible to tailor the dress (Vera Wang size 0) to fit a 4 foot 10 eleven-year old. Great alterations done at David's Bridal by Violene and her team. She was amazing. She's very caring, patient and professional. We were in a time crunch and she did a perfect alteration over the weekend. The dress looks perfect.
