Alterations dept was very nice and very helpful, they explained the bustle and helped me and my mom to understand how to do it. Kayla was very helpful in helping me get into my dress and buttoning all the buttons
The alterations team was great the made my sweet 16 to the perfect height i needed to!!!!

Tracey was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the absolute perfect dress and accessories even though i can be a difficult size to fit.
