Violet has great customer service and made my experience fun and memorable however I think the customer should be more accommodated with pick of the dress. They do not work with the customer in that aspect.

I had the most amazing experience at Davids Bridal today. The staff was amazing and super friendly. I came into the store with one dress on my mind and they went above and beyond to dress me up to make sure i loved it. I tried on a few other dresses and ended back up in the dress I originally came in looking for and they were so patient with me making sure I really loved it. I would 110% recommend this store to anyone looking for an enjoyable wedding dress shopping experience.
They where wonderful, and did an excellent job with the alterations. I'm really happy with my daughters flower girl dress. Would definitely choose them again.

VIOLENE is wonderful in alterations! Everything was professional . Couple little items needed to be adjusted and was done with ease. Service you would expect in high fashion retailer. Very very happy!
