Very disappointed with the service conducted here; instruction was not follow properly. My son is getting married and on the day I went in to have my daughters bridesmaids dress altered, I informed them on my current situation. Due to the fact that I was also in the middle of relocating I ask was I able to get the dress at an earlier date, I was informed that if I pick up the dress ahead of time there would be a $25 fee charged.
