To be honest, I wasn’t extremely excited about trying on wedding dresses. That all changed from the moment I walked into David’s Bridal in Mishawaka. Amanda and the whole team were absolutely amazing. Both my mom and myself found beautiful dresses and we couldn’t be happier. Exceptional service that went above and beyond my highest expectations. Thank you for being so kind and patient.

Alteration lady was rude and frowned upon my ideas for MY dress. Not to mention the cost of my alteration was more than my dress itself. I’ve been to other places and had more intense work done on more expensive material for cheaper. Not to mention, they wanted everything upfront. Majority of alteration places have you pay a down payment and wait for the rest of the money after you see the finished product. Absolutely ridiculous and do NOT recommend. I’ve made two appointments with David’s bridal to look for bridal gowns and I had the same consultant each time. The consultant seemed very annoyed that she was helping me for the second time, didn’t say hello to me and just followed me around as I picked different dresses this time. I tried on a few dresses each time and my consultant seemed annoyed when I would ask to try on others after the first 3 I didn’t like. She didn’t ask what style I preferred so I informed her and she didn’t offer to go pull other dresses of that ... read more

We were here for an appointment for my daughter's wedding today and I'm very disappointed. What should have been a wonderful and fun experience was an awful experience. The lady that was assigned to us was rude and not helpful at all. Our questions and concerns were dismissed and we had to wait an unbelievable amount of time to receive help. We were very patient as we understood she had several other families to help, but this was just the worst and therefore we have decided to purchase elsewhere.

I went in to go wedding dress shopping with my sister-in-law to be. I was turned off immediately by our consultant when, not even 10 minutes into the appointment, she told us to rush because our appointment time was almost up (umm... what?). She allowed us to try on three dresses. Once in the dressing room area (which was very small), the bride to be came out sweating because it was so unbearably hot. Tifanie was so amazing and helped me pick out the perfect dress but Victoria I believe it was (that's the name on my receipt) didn't check for the security tag that was left on. I noticied it when I returned home. I then had to drive 30 mins back to the store to have it removed!!

People keep saying these people do a great job. This is completely false. Let me share my story. The measurements they took during my first fitting were wrong. When I came back for my second fitting, the dress looked HORRIBLE. The waist of the dress was brought all the way up to my chest under the breasts when it was supposed to be on my waistline! It made me look like I was a brick. I am 5”6’, 125lbs, and size 34D. The arm holes were made so tight that I couldn’t even lift my arms up. The panels in the front were distorted ... read more
