Beyond upsetting with the experience I had yesterday as part of a bridal party. I’m 6 months pregnant and a bridesmaid in a wedding that is taking place in February 2019 (I will be 3 almost 4 month post baby). I told the consultant when we met her that I would not be getting sized or trying anything on because a) I won’t be this size for the wedding obviously and b) as a first time pregnant woman I am not comfortable trying a dress on and was merely there for moral support. When we came into Davids yesterday for our appointment at 10:30 our consultant gathered my information. I had brought in my mother and my sister with me and our consultant never asked who they were or what their names were. When she was showing us the “showroom floor” she had her back turned to my mother and sister the entire time which made them feel like they were unwelcome to the appointment. Today was my appointment for alterations and I think the lady’s name was Lisa.(she never introduced herself) She was soo rude, attitude from the very beginning. I actually had to ask her if I was suppose to follow her, she just grabbed my wedding dress and walked away from me.. First rudeness.. Took my daughter for a semi-formal. We had an appointment and the lady helping us did her best. She had us and then another client added half way through. When waiting, patiently, for the seamstress we were asked repeatedly to move for other clients!! Thought that was kind of rude. The seamstress was a rockstar and she was the only reason I’d give them a good renting. Truly nice and patient woman.

My alterations on my slit of my brides maid dress was messed up and the alterations on the side of my dress did not happen

I purchased a dress from the Mishawaka location on 8/16/17 with Whitney. Initially she was amazing said and did all the right things. When it came to picking my dress she told me it had just went on sale and I had a 12 hour window in order to guarantee my size in the warehouse . I was told that it would arrive on January 17 of 2018 she even wrote that on my original slip. I can not belive that they were going to send me home in the sample dress that everyone and their mother has tried on until one lady noticed makeup down the side and dirty stained trail in back of dress. .oh were gonna order you a brand new one. Well DUH I JUST PAID 700 BUCKS ON A 2200 DOLLAR DRESS .....I WANT NEW!!!!!

Had an appointment to shop for my bridesmaid and flower girl dresses. The customer service was extremely lacking. Our clerk kept disappearing on us and we were kept waiting a lot. Felt like shopping at a Wal-mart :(
