i would never recommend anyone going to them...bad experience from day one...
They sold me the wrong size dress after I was assured it could be altered with no problem. The store manager basically called my mom a liar and said her consultants would never sell the wrong size dress until my mom showed her pictures. That would be when the store manager said I should of never been sold the size I was or promised it could be altered. Our sales rep was very uninterested in helping us and more worried about fixing her hair. She then didn't tell us until the end that the color we wanted wasn't available in any of the lace dresses. Horrible experience.

I made an appointment to have a dress altered that was purchased at David's Bridal and worn by my future mother-in-law for Saturday, July 29th. I made my appointment about 6 weeks ago. When I arrived, with my mother and future mother-in-law, I was told that they could not alter this dress because they could not replace it if something happened to it during the alteration step. I purchased a $180 dress from David's Bridal as I was the maid of honor in my best friends wedding. Before the wedding began, we were getting dressed in the room, I was zippered up and the zipper came off of the tracks. After spending that abscene amount of money on a dress, i spent the rest of the afternoon with safety pins holding my dress together in the back. I was beyond embarrassed in front of everyone. I came in two times both being terrible experiences. The first time when I came it was in it was an extremely busy Sunday. I waited about 10 minutes to get checked in with the receptionist. Who seemed to be trying to do 10 things at once. She eventually was able to get my dress (bridesmaid) for me to try on. I was then placed into a fitting room. I bought 4 dresses for myself my 2 daughters and my granddaughter who is the flower girl in my sons wedding. It is a formal wedding so long dresses. My younger daughter's dress has a issue with the zipper which we pointed out at the time she was getting it altered. The lady said no problem we can iron it out or fix it. She went to pick up the dress and the zipper is sticking out at her butt. They could not fix it and suggested that she use double sided tape to try and keep the zipper end down. So glad that my fiances post about my and my bridal party's horrible experiences (plural) was deleted. Here it is again. The experience a bride has with purchasing a dress is an experience that can never be duplicated or corrected after it has been made.
