I went to David's Bridal in Rhawnhurst on July 9th, 2015. I had a wonderful experience. Rosemarie waited on me and was very patient, kind, and professional. She helped me get in and out of each dress. I wanted something nice for a 15 year wedding anniversary vow renewal in St. Lucia. I had not idea there would be so many to pick from. I'm an 18-20W and did find a 20W that was perfect. It's ivory, with a lace cap sleeve and the lace wraps around to the back and has a diamond shape cutout. David's Bridal in Orland Park went above and beyond my expectations! The sales associate that helped me pick out my wedding dress was absolutely amazing. She had this little speech to help me picture myself on the day of my wedding in the wedding dress i was trying on. She made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses, no rushing. The staff was very helpful with my girls when they came in to get sized and finalize on a dress style. Any problems we have had they have fixed them right away. David's Bridal was helpful in helping me find a dress among a wide array. I was able to try on (and re-try on) many dresses and the workers were pretty patient with me. However, if the store is busy you must stick within your timeslot for receiving the personal help with a worker. Overall, I was satisfied, and they are very knowledgeable about different styles and dress types. After showing a few inspiration pictures, they knew my style immediately and helped me find several possible dresses.

If you're shopping at David's of Orange, CT ask for Tessa or Zakita!!! My experience with David's Bridal exceeded my expectations. I came in unsure of what would look good on me and what would be appropriate for my destination wedding in DR. I initially purchased a beautiful gown but once I got home I realized it was too much taffeta and dress for a beach wedding and I needed to find something else. I went to Richmond VA for my wedding dress and I had the very best experience ever. The consultants name was Kat and she was simply amazing. I was not her only bride she two others to help as well, but I didn't even notice because she was so present and helpful. I would recommend them to any one who wants a wedding dress and a great stress free experience at the same time.

I made an appointment, tried on dresses, and found The Dress for me. I like how they have untraditional gowns as well as traditional. My dress was beautiful and I would definitely recommend this place to other brides.

Let me just say that I usually never experience customer service that makes me so upset. I went to David's Bridal to find a dress about a month ago and the lady who helped me find my perfect dress was amazing. I read reviews about this place but didn't take them seriously because the lady was so sweet. My dress finally was delivered so I called to set up an alterations appointment and the lady just hung up on me. I heard so many horror stories about DB, but I had NO problems with the Mission Valley location. Everyone I came to work with were awesome. I got emails for each time a bridesmaid dress was delivered, even when they were in a different state. My dress alterations were done awesome. I really don't have any complaints. They did wonderfully.
