I am very pleased with the services I received from David's Bridal in Castleton, Indiana. I made an appointment and even though the store was very busy that day the customer service was awesome. She was patient and asked plenty of questions making sure that I received exactly what I was looking for. I liked the fact the children can come seeing how most of the bridal shops around here do not allow children on the floor. Selection is enough for my choices and staff was busy but helpful.
I bought my dress online and had it delivered to my friend in California as i live in the UK and David's Bridal UK and US don't seem to work together at all. Very happy with how quickly it was delivered and how the dress looks, minor alterations are needed but thats cos I'm pear shaped.
I went to store in Columbus Georgia ... The service was awesome ...they treated me like I was the only one their..., they made me feel like it was only my day.., and for all brides go on a day that is not busy ..., like Sunday morning or weekday... Not as crowded... Shout out to charmaughn .,,, whoop whoop!!!
I love my dress, it's beautiful, the quality of the gown is great, the customer service was not great. The person helping me was nice and did her best which I appreciated it, but they've been short staffed so you don't get as much customer service as you need. Another problem is that the rep that helped with the bridesmaids didn't save the sizes so my girls had to refit there dresses again!
David's Bridal saved the day!!!!!!!! My friends wedding was 3/17/13. On the day of the wedding the MOH put her dress on 1 hour before the bridesmaids were to take photos prior to the ceremony. When she zipped the dress, the zipper gave and the dress broke open. In panic I called Davids bridal in the same city as the venue, spoke to the store manager at the Riverside store, explained our situation, within 30 minutes she arrived at our hotel room with a new dress that fit and saved the day.... I bought my wedding dress from David's Bridal in San Diego and was pleased with the dress overall. My fittings went well and the dress fit perfectly after a few alterations. Unfortunately, at my final fitting, the employee who assisted me did not properly secure my dress and train to the hangers, and that made it incredibly difficult to carry, as the train kept threatening to drag all over the ground.I bought a zip-up bag for the dress, to help protect it, but before we could get it steamed two days before the wedding, the z... read more
Big selection of wedding dresses and accessories. Don't make an appointment for a weekend day though. It was super busy and it was hard to move around the store. The consultant helped me pick my dress as I was getting overwhelmed from all the choices. He listened to what I was originally looking for and from that plus pictures of what I liked, he pulled the gown I ended up purchasing. It came in really fast which was great.
