i had read horrible reviews about davids bridal, but i have to say that my experience was phenomenal! i am someone who doesnt like dresses and being the center of attention. however when i went in for my bridal appointment on saturday february 8th 2014, i was blown away. i had a list of dresses i was interested in, they had four of them in the store, the consultant pulled 3 out and then the stylist they assigned me pulled another 3 out, between the two of them they helped me find the perfect dress. i am very please with it, ... read more
They were very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment last Friday but had to cancel it Friday morning due to my mom being admitted to the hospital. They were very understanding and rescheduled it for the following week. I had Michelle as a stylist when I arrived with my group. She was very sweet. I told her my budget and she didn't push me to spend more and treated me the same as if I was spending thousands. She was patient with me as well. The tuxes we rented for our wedding were so nice and the workers were very accommodating. They also match Davids Bridals color scheme which helped a lot! Highly recommend!
It was kind of hard for me to rate David's Bridal because I went 3 different times and had a different experience for all of them. The first time I went the same day I made an appointment. I also purchased my dress on this date and everything went well. No Complaints. I went a second time for my bridesmaids dresses and it was flat out horrible. Period! I bought my wedding dress here. After trying on several dresses the woman helping me brought out a suggestion of hers which I didn't like at first, but I tried it on and ended up loving it! It went on sale online two days after I bought it, and they refunded me the difference! Very cool of them to do. The alterations manager Farideh is the sweetest lady in the whole wide world too! Love her!
Little did I know this location (Mission Valley) is ridiculously busy. I thought I'd just walk in, try on some dresses, and be on my way. Boy was I wrong! After waiting for an hour wandering around the store, they finally made an appt for me in another 2 hours. I came back during my appt time and was much less stressed. The Mission Valley David's Bridal sales associates were always so nice and very helpful with everything. I had no problems. They did great alterations. I was especially impressed with the alterations they did to my mom's dress. Things we ordered also came in super quick! 2-3 weeks early usually.
David's Bridal in Kennesaw, GA was very good. I have been stalking one of Vera Wang's gowns ever since it was posted online. Three days after I became engaged I checked out the gown online and saw that DB was having a HUGE sale (my dress was originally 730 and was on sale for 249.99) so I decided to go in and try it on.I went on a Monday evening two hours before closing.
