DO NOT SHOP AT DAVIDS BRIDAL! The young lady that helped me find my dress, which now doesn’t exist, is the good thing about my experience with them! Screwed me out of a wedding dress 2mos before my wedding. “Ordered” a dress in July that was discontinued in June, so really they never ordered anything and didn’t even tell me. I’m devastated and will never go here again!
Went in today looking for a maid of honor dress for my sister’s wedding. It was supposed to be a fun, happy day. Unfortunately the stylist who we had, Katelin, thought it would be ok to make comments about my body such as me “being busty” and referring to my size as “the bigger sizes” (Not sure when a size 8 become a bigger size?. We purchased dresses for a wedding that was cancelled due to Covid. The dresses purchased are still stocked and available to purchase in the same exact styles and colors. The company and manager is completely unwilling to help with exchanging the dresses for new sizes or styles. So we are out hundreds of dollars and just told we need to purchase new with no help or willingness to work with our bridal party. Very unhelpful! Unsatisfactory customer service by far!
So disappointed in this company. I bought a dress for a wedding that was cancelled and called before the dress came in to express that I would not need it and wanted to get a refund. After being promised a refund I am only getting the option for a store credit which I will not be using. I will not suggest David’s bridal for any dresses and this has been a nightmare to try and get a refund during this pandemic.
RecommendedI am a size 16-18 and I was very nervous about going in because I hate shopping. As soon as I walked into the door, everyone was very friendly and helpful! They definitely had a lot in my size and above! I honestly tried on probably close to 20 dresses. Christina helped me out and she was SO nice and helpful.
