Dear Lady at David’s Bridal, I know hate is a strong word, but I hate you. “You stated that these dresses run smaller, and the one I tried on was just stretched out from all the fittings.” You probably make money on how many alterations you get customers to get. I've been here before and every experience depends on who is helping me. From previous experience it seems that if you are looking for bridemaid dresses not bridal gowns you are treated differently. Needless to say, yesterday's experience wasn't the greatest. I ended up going to 3 other bridal shops after with no appointments and had a better outcome. Went in to get 4 bridesmaid dresses, shoes for myself(bride), a flower girl dress, I added dresses to my online favorites list for the girls to try on, to make it easier instead of randomly choosing dresses, I told the lady that was helping us that i had some on my list, she told me she was going to look it up, she proceeded helping other people, so I looked for dresses myself and she finally came back asked if I found anything I said no, tried explaining to her what one of the dresses looked like, she didnt know what i was ... read more

I was extremely disappointed in our sales associate. There were several times she brought us the wrong dresses and sizes and this was not taken into consideration with our time frame we were allowed. She never pulled half of our online selections we made. We also put on a dress that you could make it strapless one shoulder, etc. no one was concerned until the bride went to the counter and asked if we could make another appointment later that day. These people called the cops on me for long boarding through there parking lot on my way to work one cold Sunday morning! Skate boarding is not a crime!!! And just because I have a beard DOES NOT MEAN IM HOMELESS!! Fuck you David's bridal aurora!! I hope whoever it was that called, is a fat old person who drives to work everyday and is slowly deteriorating from the inside out... No chill; sorry mom ;)
Consultant was inattentive and rude. Would not recommend this salon
By far the worst customer service in a long time. Th manager Nelly was rude and childish and I've never delt with someone as unprofessional as her. " Honey" is not my name and for you to think it's okay to address your customers like that is ridiculous! I would not recommend this location just because of the lack customer service alone.
