Yes I was Greeted at the door, I did find something, I went into the fitting room and there was no mirror to see how it looked on me I am the mother of the groom I Shop alone. I need to see myself in the dress I could not zip the dress all of the way up because the zipper was in the back so I was not going to step out of the fitting room to look at myself in the mirror. PUT MIRRORS IN YOUR FITTING ROOMS! Left without seeing the dress on me. Very disappointed....going to Von Maur. I should have started there.
Pretty disappointed in David’s bridal! Two of my bridesmaids had terrible experience with the alterations department! One of the girls dresses look like a potato sack and basically had to remake her dress with all the alterations done to it. The other dress was gaping fabric in the front and bunching together. $110 in alterations to fix a mistake “that wouldn’t be that noticeable in pictures” and offered her $34 off the dress. Do not go there! My daughters dress wasn’t done on time. The alterations were hideous. Had to pick a different dress from the floor less than 48 hours before her wedding. So disappointed in them.

My sister gets married Saturday and it’s Thursday. The dress still isn’t done.... she showed up for her final dress fitting and it’s a mess. Shame on you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We went to look at bridesmaid dresses. We told the woman the wedding was in June. Only 3 out of 5 girls were actually there and we were just going to get ideas. The woman told us if we didn't order our dresses RIGHT NOW there's no way we would get them in time. Freaking out and feeling like we had no choice we picked one we thought would work for everyone. 3 of us decided to order them online and low and behold they're being delivered to us in one week from today. Just be sure to get an honest return policy explained to you when you purchase. Unfortunately I was told that if I ever had second thoughts or wanted to exchange the dress that if it wasn't altered that I could do so. I believe that they neglected to say 'with in 90 days', of which I would have adhered to and remembered. Just a heads up to brides shopping here, I'm glad I called before going in for my second appointment.

Awful experience here. Stylist didn't listen to any of my feedback, she didn't pull dresses until after I was in one, so there was a lot of standing around, and every dress she pulled was hideous even though I had brought inspo pictures. Then she tried to sell me on the dress I said was the least ugliest. It was such a waste of time. In the hour I was there, I tried on maybe 7 dresses, compared to dozens at other shops in the same amount of time.
