They are very rude on the phone and pay no attention to detail. Consultation was great and after that everything went down hill. I asked them to write down the straps I wanted and told them I would not be getting in store alterations due to being in the military. They did NOT listen. Now months later I can’t find the straps I wanted and were so rude on the phone then when my fiancés mom went in to try to find straps they acted oblivious and dumb.
