Karen was so helpful and so patient with me throughout my whole appointment. I came in by myself on a whim and she was so great with me. She gave me her opinion and we had great conversation. She really helped me find the perfect dress for me!
I ordered my bridesmaids dress in February. I knew it was going to need alterations so I asked if I could make an appointment then. They said no I had to have the dress. Fast forward 3 months later! Got the dress and was told they couldn't get me in for alterations because of prom.... I wasn't getting anywhere until I was angry. They got me in the next day and told me I'd have to pick up my dress only 1 freaking day before I got on a plane to go to the wedding... Unacceptable and unprofessional! The alterations staff was wonderful. They did a great job helping me even though they were out straight with prom alterations.
Michelle did great!! But there was a lot of tension between other employees and a little bit of arguing in front of customers which is really rude! I have worked in sales at least 12 years and that is something that should not happen on the floor. But Michelle was the one working with me and she was very professional and very nice!!! Was not happy about the other customer service I got and in the beginning. Way too much tension between the coworkers! !
Over all it was a good experience but the consultant that helped for the day was not attentive at all and would disappear for 20 minutes at a time leaving me to stand and wait for her in a dress I didn't like to tell here what I did and didn't like about them. She did end up bringing me the dress I ended up buying but almost walked out with out it because she took so long to help us.
