Amazing! It was relaxing. We weren't pressured into styles, making purchases, or buying extras. My braidsmaids found a dress take was flattering and fit the wedding, so I couldn't be happier!!

The location was filthy and that's an understatement. The bathroom was dirtier than any gas station bathroom I've ever been too, there was gum stuck to the walls in the changing rooms, the dresses had make up on them and some were damaged. To be honest I'm not sure how this location stays in business I would not go back or recommend it.

Not happy with my stylist. Not very helpful. I had told I specifically wanted a white dress and she continued to bring me ivory dresses that were unavailable in white. Kept us waiting while she waited on someone else during my appointment. Not very nice!

Karen was so helpful and so patient with me throughout my whole appointment. I came in by myself on a whim and she was so great with me. She gave me her opinion and we had great conversation. She really helped me find the perfect dress for me!

I ordered my bridesmaids dress in February. I knew it was going to need alterations so I asked if I could make an appointment then. They said no I had to have the dress. Fast forward 3 months later! Got the dress and was told they couldn't get me in for alterations because of prom.... I wasn't getting anywhere until I was angry. They got me in the next day and told me I'd have to pick up my dress only 1 freaking day before I got on a plane to go to the wedding... Unacceptable and unprofessional!
