Michelle did great!! But there was a lot of tension between other employees and a little bit of arguing in front of customers which is really rude! I have worked in sales at least 12 years and that is something that should not happen on the floor. But Michelle was the one working with me and she was very professional and very nice!!! Was not happy about the other customer service I got and in the beginning. Way too much tension between the coworkers! !

Over all it was a good experience but the consultant that helped for the day was not attentive at all and would disappear for 20 minutes at a time leaving me to stand and wait for her in a dress I didn't like to tell here what I did and didn't like about them. She did end up bringing me the dress I ended up buying but almost walked out with out it because she took so long to help us.
