Extremely disappointed in the customer service and will not shop with David’s Bridal North Olmsted again. I purchased a formal dress last week and the next day husband tested positive with covid, then my 5 year old son and then me. The dress does not fit properly and I need to return it, I understand the 7 day return policy however I am sick, my family is sick and I also do not want to spread this to anyone else. Went to pick up my bridesmaids dress today and while I was waiting, One of the staff members was chatting with another staff member about how “fat women” shouldn’t wear certain dresses because they look bad with their jiggly body and how she doesn’t get why people wear those dresses. It isn’t anyones business why a bride chooses the dress she does and for a worker who’s supposed to be helping women find what THEY want to turn around and make comments while there are other people around to hear it, well, YIKES. RecommendedI came in tonight and Mileena took care of me and did a phenomenal job! This was my second time at David’s bridal and compared to the Strongsville location it was WAY better! As a plus sized girl I was super nervous in general and Mileena was fun, bubbly, and super helpful! I said yes to the dress and couldn’t have done it without her!

My daughter had an good experience buying her gown, however she needed to have it altered. Because of the Corona Virus the store in North Olmsted shipped her dress back to her until they can open up again. Whoever packed the dress in the box did a piss poor job of that. They put her dress in a huge box with absolutely no packing (a lot of space, air), didn't tape the box up so it wouldn't open. When the box arrived at our house, it was open.
