I seriously wish we had never done business with David's Bridal! I am so sick over this. If I could go back in time and shop somewhere else I would. We never should have given them our money. They demand dresses be paid in full but they can't get the fucking order right, can't get the order in on time, and can't even return our calls. I have never walked into a store and instantly got a terrible attitude from someone. I come into David’s often and i have encountered those having bad days but always friendly but I felt so uncomfortable today and all i was doing was picking up my dress. The lady at counter right when you walk in was so rude and nasty to me that i don’t think i will ever return and will most definitely get my dress altered somewhere else. My experience at David’s Bridal in North Olmsted was horrifying!! My daughter had an appointment with a woman named Cassie and upon arriving we were immediately greeted with a half smile and given one chair for our party of four. If that wasn’t bad enough as my daughter was trying on her dress Cassie continued to walk off, offering no help in assisting with the pinning or tucking of my daughters dress. I went there tonight and wanted a belt for my dress! The girl working there named Morgan was so unbelievably rude! I will never ever in my life be going back to that store or recommend it to anyone! Terrible customer service!
I’m so disappointed I’m In tears. I just feel like everything about my dress and wedding because of this is ruined. I tried calling for the last hour of them being opened and it was busy. I’d really like for them to make it right before I have to make it a bigger situation and go higher up. I’m so sad and will change my review if they could just Make my situation right.

I have been there twice now to help brides try on dresses.. I'm disappointed in the selection they don't carry much three racks of dresses.. and this time I was there yesterday Oct 2 and we picked a few dresses out of the bridal show room and a lot of them the lady said they only had in size 2 so we couldn't even try on. I understand clearance only having certain sizes but If it going to be your bridal show room I think you should carry it in a lot of different sizes otherwise put it on clearance.. I worked with a VERY NICE manager while shopping for bridesmaid dresses and my wedding gown. All were fitted in store for sizes and measurements. We got all the dresses in and we picked them up. Great, right?! Nope. My daughters dress was WAY too small. So I called the store the SAME DAY, and they wouldn't let me bring it back!! My problem, sure.
