Jo was very professional. I understand she is the person that trains others for alterations. My only concern is the cost for altering my dress was MORE expensive than the cost of the dress! I guess this is how/where you pick up a majority of your income stream.

Mariah was fantastic. She helped me (bridesmaid) and the bride with everything we possibly needed. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything immediately. It was nice knowing she's not trying to make a quick sale. She genuinely cares about the clients.

My experience here was great. Alvaro was amazing. Super helpful and patient. Helped me find my dress and answered all my questions. He took his time with us and was very attentive. So happy he helped us. Definitely will be going back in the future and will look for him.

The stylist was very knowledgeable and helpful. Although she was helping three people at the same time, she managed to devote time to all.

The visit to find the dress (Tiffany) and the fitting (Jo) was amazing. The other parts...not so much. I wanted an accessory and asked a sales rep (Cynthia) to assist. She couldn't find the tag after I waited 45 mins then when I had to leave because I was becoming light headed from needing to eat. She promised to contact me about it via phone and never did. I also called to follow up and the associate that answered promised Cynthia would call to follow up and she never did. That left a very bad taste.
